Corporate Events
We travel the world providing live music for all sorts of corporate functions. Urban Electra has opened for celebrities such as Howie Mandel, Halle Berry, John Fogerty, Seal, Donna Summer and Cirque du Soleil. We like to think we’re a tough act to follow, but you’d have to ask them.
Community Events
We have a great deal of experience playing at community gatherings and public events. Included in these are mall openings such as Downtown Phoenix’s CityScape, concerts sponsored by local radio stations, fashion shows, and fundraisers like the Children’s Museum Cirque de Museé Ball. We’ve even performed in some of Arizona’s hottest nightclubs as a featured guest artist with DJ Radar, SPIN Magazine’s World’s Top DJ.
Themed Events
Some people like to play dress up. We like to dress up and play. We’ve entertained for all sorts of themes: masquerade, cirque, steampunk, Greek goddess and more. Not only will we dress up, we will collaborate with other artists like DJs, fire dancers, ballet dancers, singers, live ice sculpture artists, live painters and more.

Headlining
We have been the featured act for events such as El Pedregal’s Carefree Sunday’s at the Boulders, and Scottsdale’s Music on the Promenade. These shows are wonderful because they allow us to interact with the audience as strolling-dancing string musicians.
Wireless Mobility
Why confine the fun to a stage? With our wireless in-ear monitors and instruments, Urban Electra can roam through the crowd, move between multiple stages and even enter the room playing live music.
Something for Everyone
From super high energy to soothingly low key, Urban Electra plays the music that’s most appropriate for your event. We may be classically trained but most of our audience is not—so we play the music they grew up with and music that’s on the radio today. This allows everyone to feel like they’re part of the performance and makes them comfortable approaching the musicians after the show to “talk music” even if they know little or nothing about stringed ensembles. We love bridging that gap for our fans.
